　　黃渤海新區(qū)站 | “華新精密金屬材料產(chǎn)業(yè)園”項目：一個產(chǎn)業(yè)園與臺商臺企抱團專精特新的故事

　　The "Huaxin Precision Metal Materials Industry Park" in Huang-Bohai New Area, Yantai: A Story between Taiwanese companies and an Industrial Park that Specializes in Cutting-edge and New Technologies.

　　華新精密金屬材料產(chǎn)業(yè)園是黃渤海新區(qū)重點打造的二十大專精特新產(chǎn)業(yè)園之一。謀劃建設(shè)專精特新產(chǎn)業(yè)園，是新區(qū)工委管委推動綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、增創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新優(yōu)勢的戰(zhàn)略舉措。已推出的兩批二十大產(chǎn)業(yè)園總投資2000億元，規(guī)劃用地1萬畝，全部建成后年產(chǎn)值將達到4000億元、利稅850億元。

　　The project is one of the 20 key innovation-specialized industrial parks, which are developed in the Huang-Bohai New Area. The planning and construction of the project is a strategic move taken by local administration to boost green, low-carbon and high-quality growth as well as create new advantages for industry development. Total investment on the first two batches of the 20 industrial parks is 200 billion RMB, with a planned land of 10,000 acres. The annual output value will reach 400 billion RMB with taxes of 85 billion RMB once the construction is done.

　　華新精密金屬材料產(chǎn)業(yè)園總投資65億元，占地867畝，由國際高端金屬材料領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)臺灣華新麗華集團投資，項目一期2021年3月開工，已于2022年12月30日試車投產(chǎn)，達產(chǎn)后將實現(xiàn)高端線材年產(chǎn)42萬噸；項目二期2022年3月開工，計劃2023年第三季度全面投產(chǎn)，達產(chǎn)后將實現(xiàn)銀亮棒材、光亮凈材等年產(chǎn)38萬噸；項目三期正在加快規(guī)劃。

　　The project is invested by a leading international high-end metal material company, Taiwan Walsin Lihwa Group, with a total investment of 6.5 billion RMB and an area of 867 acres. The first-phase project began construction in March 2021 and was put into operation on December 30, 2022 after trial production, realizing an annual output of 420,000 tons of high-end wire rods.

　　The second-phase project began construction in March 2022 and is planned to be fully put into operation in the third quarter of 2023, which is expected to deliver an annual output of 380,000 tons of silver bright rods and bright clean materials. The planning of the third-phase project is being accelerated now.
